1. About Jyra

Jyra is an online marketplace that showcases collections from local Armenian designers and selected international brands.

We provide a platform connecting customers with independent designers. Products are created, supplied, and fulfilled by the respective brands unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You are using the website under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Orders & Reservations

20% Reservation Policy (Local Collections Only)

For selected local collections, customers may reserve an item by paying 20% of the total price.

  • The remaining 80% must be paid upon delivery or as instructed.

  • Reservation applies only to local designer collections.

  • This policy does not apply to international collections.

If a reserved order is canceled by the customer without valid reason, the reservation amount may be non-refundable.

4. International Collections

Products listed under International Collections:

  • Require full payment at checkout.

  • Are not eligible for the 20% reservation option.

  • May have different shipping timelines depending on supplier location.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in [AMD / USD].

Jyra reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders if pricing inaccuracies occur

Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Designer location

  • Product availability

  • Custom-made items

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during purchase.

Jyra is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Customs (for international orders)

  • Force majeure events

7. Returns & Exchanges

Return and exchange policies may vary depending on the designer and product type.

Customers must:

  • Contact support within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Ensure items are unused and in original condition

Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

8. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.

However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

  • Minor variations may occur in handmade or designer items.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Branding elements

Is the property of Jyra or respective designers and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Jyra acts as a marketplace platform connecting customers and designers.

  • Designer production delays

  • Product defects beyond supplier responsibility

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from product use

We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except as required for order processing and legal compliance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

Any disputes arising from use of this website shall be resolved under Armenian jurisdiction.
