At Jyra, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Currently, Jyra ships domestically within Armenia only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We partner with local courier services and HayPost. Shipping method is chosen based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier workload, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
Customers can view final shipping costs before completing payment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details (if available from the courier).
Please note: some local couriers may not provide real-time online tracking. In such cases, our support team can assist you with order status updates.

Jyra ensures all shipments are packed securely and recorded on video before dispatch.
Once an order is handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier company.
Jyra is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by courier mishandling.
Customers should contact the courier directly for claims. Our team can provide courier details to assist with follow-up.
